Begedel Daging (Omputih panggei apa ek…- meat begedel (lidah kena betul2 dibelitkan ek)
You’ll need:

5- 6 Potatoes (peels off the skin and cut in pieces for frying – pound while hot for easy pounding
Note: Don’t boil the potatoes coz they will get mushy
Minced meat – can use Ramly Minced Meat very easy mah.. (1/2 packet)
1 big onion - finely chopped
2 cloves garlic – finely chopped
2 stalks spring onion - chopped
2 stalks of parsley - chopped
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of powdered fennel seeds

Oil for deep frying
1 egg – beaten lightly
How it is cooked:
Mix all together (A). Form dough turn into a round shape and flatten it a bit. Dip in beaten egg and deep fry until golden. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
